Our Anniversary Romp-A Photo Album

We spent almost a full week in and around Lago di Garda and were thankful it was not yet the height of the tourist season nor yet July’s temperatures (although that didn’t stop us both from getting royally sunburned). Our intentions were good, but Verona, Padua and Venice (3rd visit) will have to wait for another time.

Our vacation budget included a separate allowance for daily gelato and espresso consumption, which we quickly maxed out and gladly extended. 🍨 ☕️ 🙂

N.B. As we boarded our plane home, the flight at the gate right next to us was to Paris. Believe me, I was sorely tempted to get on the “wrong” plane. #wceu
