Both weather-wise and with the start of the new year, which for me begins in the fall.
I mentioned in my last post that I’ve hugely ignored this site (actually all my sites) and again don’t apologize for it. Life has certainly been what’s been happening the last couple of months, thankfully only in good ways.
Holidays, traveling and guests from abroad make for many photos, and taken nearly exclusively with my Samsung S9. That is about to change after signing up for another photography course at our local museum. Our course assignments will likely show up on this site rather than me starting a new site (which I did for the previous two years) but, really, who has the time?!
So, you didn’t come to hear me blather on. Here’s what’s been happening for the last couple of months. Click through to see each image larger.
If you are headed to Jerusalem, the audio tour app produced for the Jerusalem Development Authority is a must! There are 21 walking tours of the Old City, 5 of which are accessible, and an additional 3 tours of the City Center. While the app can be used offline (download your desired tours while on WiFi) the GPS signal in the Old City is “interesting” thanks to sometimes narrow and covered streets. If you have a map, digital or otherwise, update it and bring it along. You can find the app on both Google Play (in English, French and Hebrew) and in the Apple Store.
